That one payment turns your export into ranked placements. Ranking, reordering, and export stay free after that, and trainee GMC data stays unlocked permanently on your account.

No. There is no monthly fee and nothing auto-renews. You pay £14.99 once when you are ready to upload your Oriel list. Explore hospitals and build rotations for free before that.

When you upload your Oriel export in Oriel Ranker, not before. You can explore Hospital Explorer, try Rotation Builder, and read hospital profiles without paying. Buy a credit when you are ready to upload.

Ranking, reordering, exporting, and applying your list back to Oriel. Your workflow stays saved. Trainee GMC data stays unlocked on your account. You do not pay again to tweak your order or export.

If the upload fails or is replaced by a newer upload, the credit goes back on your account. You are not charged twice for the same attempt. Contact support if something looks wrong.
